ENOC: the Jebel Ali refinery is operational in the first quarter of 2010

Saeed Khoury, CEO of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), said on Monday to Reuters that the company plans to run the Jebel Ali refinery after updated during the first quarter of 2010. Khoury said to reporters on the sidelines of a conference that will operate the refinery in the first quarter of 2010. He added that the full capacity of the refinery will be 120 thousand barrels per day and it will work at 80 percent of capacity in the first quarter.
