"ENI" Company starts extracting gas from the Egyptian field "tuna"

A statement issued by the Information Office of one of the major energy companies in the world Italian "ENI" told the Russian news agency (RIA) that the company had started extraction of gas in the Egyptian "tuna" in the Mediterranean privilege "crocodile." The production of gas from the "tuna" field is expected to be about 4.5 million cubic meters per day by next September. The project consists of four platforms, three wells and a gas pipeline 14 km in length. "ENI" Company owns 50% of the concession crocodile while back the other 50% was sold to British "BP". It is expected that the volume of production of the concession area will be about 170 thousand barrels of oil and gas in oil equivalent per day.m.e
