KPC invests 8-9 billion in a refinery in Indonesia

Indonesian Minister of Industry, Mc Hidayat, told Reuters that the KPC will invest eight to nine billion dollars to build a new refinery in the region Balunjan in Indonesia. He told reporters that the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and the Indonesian state energy firm Pertamina will sign a memorandum of understanding at the end of this month. He added, “The joint venture will be established within six months.”
