Iran sells oil in currencies other than euro and the dollar

The semi-official Mehr quoted a senior official as saying that Iran will turn into other currencies than the euro and the dollar to collect the value of oil exports. Mohammad Reza Rahimi, First Vice-President of Iran said, "We are free to choose the currency paid for by the value of exports of oil and this issue will depend on the interests of Iran ... the important thing is the exclusion of the euro and the dollar."
