Chairperson of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee at the National Assembly, MP Abdulwahab Al-Haroun said during an exclusive interview with the Oil Magazine that the government has first submitted in April 2000 a mega project to develop all oilfields in Kuwait not just the northern oilfields located in Al-Ahmadi.   He added that in May 2001, the Nationals Assembly issued a decision instating certain restrains for foreign participation in this mega project.
